内镜成像新技术在消化道早癌诊断中应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来随着消化内镜技术的快速发展,消化内镜已经转变为集诊断及治疗于一身的新型学科,尤其在消化道早期肿瘤的诊断及治疗方面显示了这一学科巨大的优势。目前我国消化道肿瘤发病率逐年上升,而内镜成像新技术可清晰显示黏膜表面的微小病灶,如病灶边界、腺管开口及黏膜微血管等,因此应用内镜成像新技术可以进一步提高消化道早癌的检出率。本文就目前消化内镜领域常见的内镜成像技术在消化道早癌诊断中的应用作简单的概述。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of digestive endoscopy, gastrointestinal endoscopy has been transformed into a new discipline that combines diagnosis and treatment, especially for early cancers in the digestive tract.The incidence of gastrointestinal cancers in China is increasing year by year, and the new techniques of endoscopic imaging can clearly show the microscopic lesions on the mucosal surface, such as lesion boundaries, glandular opening and mucosal microvessels.Therefore, the application of new endoscopic imaging technology can further increase the detection rate of early gastrointestinal cancers.This article provide a brief overview of the current endoscopic imaging techniques commonly used in the field of digestive endoscopy in the early diagnosis of early gastrointestinal cancers.
