间充质干细胞治疗肝病的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 各种急慢性肝病严重危害人类健康,但目前对于多种肝病治疗仍缺乏有效方法。间充质干细胞 (mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs) 是多能干细胞,具有多向分化的潜能,其来源广泛,异体移植免疫原性较低,被广泛应用于多种临床疾病治疗,其有效性已得到证实。现今,MSCs也被运用于肝病治疗的研究,而且已经取得了一定的成果。但MSCs治疗肝病的具体作用机制还不明确,如何提高其治疗效果以及治疗效率等问题,还有待解决。现作一综述,总结MSCs治疗肝病的研究进展,并探讨未来MSCs的应用前景。

Abstract: Various acute and chronic liver diseases seriously affect human health, but there is still a lack of effective treatment methods. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are pluripotent stem cells with the potential for multidirectional differentiation. They come from a wide range of sources and have low immunogenicity in allotransplantation. They are widely used in the treatment of a variety of clinical diseases and have been proved effective. Nowadays, MSCs have also been used in the studies about the treatment of liver diseases, and some achievements have been made. However, the specific mechanism of MSCs in the treatment of diseases is still unclear, and how to improve its treatment effect and efficiency need to be solved. This review summarized the research advances on MSCs in the treatment of liver diseases, and discussed the application prospect of MSCs in the future.
