重视中足损伤的诊断与处理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中足是足踝部一个较为特殊的区域, 它既参与形成纵弓, 又参与形成横弓, 既有负重功能, 又有缓冲功能, 对于维持足部正常形态和功能发挥着至关重要的作用。但是因为这个区域比较微小, 中足损伤容易被临床医师所忽略。现就中足常见的各种损伤做一评述, 以期能为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Midfoot in a special area of the foot and ankle.It is involved in the formation of both the longitudinal and transverse arch.And it participates in both weight-bearing and buffer functions.It plays a crucial role for the maintenance of the normal morphology and functions of the foot.However,midfoot injuries are easily ignored because this area is relative small.Some common injuries will be elaborated and discussed here in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment.
