摘要: 近年麻醉与监护技术迅速发展,方法革新,设备先进。本文介绍可视技术(纤维支气管镜和视频喉镜)、超声技术、麻醉信息系统和靶控静脉输注系统在麻醉和围术期医学中的应用,评价其提高安全性和有效性的作用以及麻醉深度监测的进展。

Abstract: Over the past several years,state of the art technologies previously used in other specialties,as well as new technologies,have been introduced and developed in anesthesiology and patient monitoring.This review described the applications of digital video technology (fiber optic bronchoscope,digital bronchoscope,and video-laryngoscope) and the ultrasound technology in anesthesiology.It also described the integrated anesthesia information system and anesthesia depth monitoring,new drug delivery concept termeel as target-controlled infusion and its delivery system.These new technologies were developed with the common goals for improving safety and effectiveness in anesthesia and perioperative medicine.
