宫颈癌中新辅助化疗的意义

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 宫颈癌是女性第二常见肿瘤，世界第五恶性肿瘤，我国妇科首位恶性肿瘤，并且预后极差^[1]。传统治疗有手术或放疗，但近年报告新辅助化疗能缩小肿瘤体积、清除或抑制亚临床转移灶、提高后续疗效，正受到日益关注。本文综述新辅助化疗的基本概念、在宫颈癌治疗中的作用、与手术和放疗的关系、以及影响其疗效的诸多因素。

关键词: 新辅助化疗, 宫颈癌, 治疗

Abstract: Cervical cancer is the second commonest cancer in women, the fifth commonest malignancies in worldwide, the first cancer of department of gynecology in China and the prognosis is very bad^[1]. The standard treatment was usually radiotherapy or radical hysterectomy, recently more and more reviews found giving chemotherapy before radical surgery(neoadjuvant chemotherapy) might shrink the tumour,remove or suppress subclinical metastasis and improve the follow-up effect.It gets more and more attention.The article stated the definition of Neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the use in treatment of cervical cancer,the relationship with the surgery and radiotherapy and the factors affecting Neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
