冠状动脉旁路移植术后并发症危险因素研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着我国老龄化社会进程的加快及生活水平的提高，冠状动脉性心脏病(coronary artery disease，CAD)的发病率逐年升高。冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting，CABG)是治疗冠心病最有效的手段之一，其术后并发症是影响患者预后的重要因素。CABG术后并发症的发生往往是多种影响因素共同作用的结果，明确各种相关因素的关系，有利于选择正确的处理措施，达到改善手术预后的目的。

关键词: 冠状动脉旁路移植术, 并发症, 危险因素

Abstract: With the speeding up of China's aging society and the improvement of the living standard,the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease increased year by year.At present,coronary artery bypass grafting is one of the most effective means of treatment of coronary heart disease.As a kind of operation method,postoperative complications of CABG is an important factor influencing the prognosis.According to the relevant research,postoperative complications of CABG are the result of various factors affecting.To make clear the relationship among the various relevant factors is beneficial to choose the correct treatment measures.It can improve the operation prognosis.
