快速康复护理路径在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果分析

摘要： 目的 分析快速康复路径应用于胫腓骨骨折患者中的临床效果。方法 收集胫腓骨骨折患者100例,以抽签分组法随机分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。治疗组予以快速康复护理路径,对照组予以常规护理。结果 治疗组的术后并发症的发生率为6.0%,显著低于对照组的26.0%;入院24 h及72 h后,治疗组的疼痛评分明显降低,且明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 胫腓骨骨折术前术后采用快速康复护理路径可有效缓解患者的疼痛,且术后并发症较少,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective Clinical outcome of rapid recovery approach applied to the patients with tibiofibula fractures is analtsed in this paper. Methods 100 patients with tibial and fibular fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each.Treatment group were given rapid recovery nursing approach,the control group was given routine nursing care. Results In the treatment group,the postoperative complication rate was 6%,significantly lower than that of the control group,26%; 24 h and 72 h after admission,in the treatment group pain scores were remarkedly reduced,and was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tibiofibula fracture before and after the rapid recovery nursing approach can effectively relieve pain,reduce complications,worthy of promotion.
