腰麻后仰卧位低血压综合征的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 仰卧位低血压综合征(supine hypotensive syndrome,SHS)又称“妊娠晚期下腔静脉综合征”,是孕产妇在妊娠末期仰卧位时,增大的子宫压迫下腔静脉,使远端血液淤滞,回心血量减少,心搏出量减少,表现为血压急骤下降,伴随头晕、恶心、胸闷、出冷汗、脉率增快、面色苍白等症状,而侧卧时上述症状立即消失或减轻。一旦发生应及时处理,否则可发生胎儿宫内窘迫甚至死亡、新生儿窒息、产妇循环衰竭甚至心跳骤停而死亡等情况,故临床上应引起重视认真预防,以免发生严重后果。

Abstract: Supine hypotensive syndrome is also called late pregnancy inferior vena cava syndrome.When pregnant women are lying in supine position in late pregnancy,the inferior vena cava in compression of increased uterus reduces returned blood volume and cardiac output and leads to lower blood pressure.Pregnant women have many syndromes,such as dizziness,nausea,chest tightness,cold sweats and pale.The above symptoms disappear or relieve immediately when women change into the lateral position.Without timely treatment,it would lead to maternal circulatory failure,maternal cardiac arrest,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and even death.Therefore,the clinical doctors should pay more attention to the prevention of supine hypotensive syndrome.
