Abstract: Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of pneumonectomy with intrapericardial ligation of the pulmonary artery and vein in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 41 cases of pulmonary resection in the treatment of patients with pulmonary resection were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 26.82%, 1, 3, 5 year survival rates were 67.50%, 22.50%, 10%. Conclusion Pneumonectomy with intrapericardial ligation of the pulmonary artery and vein can extend the resection range and increase the resection rate of advanced lung cancer, as well as improve the postoperative survival.
