SinoSCORE临床应用的现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着心脏手术例数的增加和社会老龄化的加剧，手术风险相应增高，术前评估病情程度，对于正确选择治疗方式和时机，提高治疗效果，合理配置医疗资源和改善医患沟通都具有重要意义。中国冠状动脉旁路移植手术风险评估系统（Sino system for coronary operation risk evalution ，SinoSCORE）是我国首个心脏手术风险评估系统，目前广泛应用于临床。本文就SinoSCORE的来源、构成、临床应用等方面作一简介。

Abstract: With the increasing in the number of cases of cardiac surgery and the intensification of aging society, the risk of surgery is increasing correspondingly. Preoperative risk evaluation plays an important role on the correct choice of treatment and opportunity, improvement of the therapeutic effect, the reasonable allocation of medical resources and improvement of the doctor-patient communication. Sino system for coronary operation risk evaluation(SinoSCORE) is the first cardiac surgery risk evaluation system in which is widely used in clinical practice. This article presents SinoSCORE sources, composition, clinical applications and so on.
