快速康复外科在胃肠手术中的应用进展及现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 快速康复外科是将现代医学有循证医学证据的措施结合在一起，多学科联合的一项新理论。本文通过收集国内外最近有关快速康复外科各项措施在临床中应用的研究文献，阐述近年来它在胃肠外科中的应用研究进展。作者认为快速康复外科理念应用于胃肠外科临床中是安全有效的，但具体的临床路径还需大量的研究进一步规范化、专科化。

Abstract: Fast track surgery is a burgeoning concept based on evidence and structured pathway to perfectly integrate a multidisciplinary team in modern medicine. This paper aims to present uptodate literatures about FTS in gastrointestinal surgery inland and abroad. It appears to be safe and effective for the patients. However more researches and effective protocols are required to standardize the clinical pathway.
