针刺加艾灸关元穴法治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的临床观察

摘要： 目的 观察针刺加艾灸关元穴法治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效,为混合痔手术后临床尿潴留的治疗提供一种安全、有效、方便的治疗方法。方法 将315例混合痔术后尿潴留患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组165例用针刺加艾灸关元穴法治疗,对照组150例用新斯的明注射液治疗,观察两组的临床疗效及治疗时间。 结果 治疗组总有效率90.90%,对照组总有效率72.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05) 。 结论 针刺加艾灸关元穴法治疗混合痔术后尿潴留临床效果显著,有效率高,且操作简便,无不良反应。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture plus moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids surgery, and provide a safe, effective, and convenient treatment of urinary retention.Methods A total of 315 cases of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative urinary retention were devided by random number table method into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group of 165 cases received acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint, and the control group of 150 cases received Neostigmine injection.Comparison of the clinical efficacy and treatment time of urinary retention were made between the patients with acupuncture treatment and western medicine treatment after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Results The total effective rate was 90.90% in the treatment group and 72.00% in the control group.There was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint is effective in treating urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids surgery, with high effective rate, simple operation,and no side effect.
