皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤瘢痕畸形整形中对创面愈合、并发症的影响

Effects of skin and soft tissue expansion on wound healing and complications in plastic surgery of burn scar deformity

摘要： 目的 对皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤瘢痕畸形整形中的应用对创面愈合、并发症的影响进行探究。方法 选取2018年3月—2022年3月收治的68例烧伤整形患者,分为研究组（34例）和对照组（34例）。研究组予以皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,对照组予以复合皮移植术治疗,对比分析两组的创面愈合时间、并发症情况、血运恢复时间,同时调查与评估患者创面满意度。结果 研究组手术治疗后的创面愈合时间、血运恢复时间比对照组短（P<0.05）,研究组并发症发生率比对照组低（P<0.05）;研究组患者对创面满意度高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 在烧伤瘢痕畸形整形中运用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,可有效缩短创面愈合、血运恢复时间,同时提高患者对创面的满意度,安全性较高,可临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of skin and soft tissue expansion in the plastic surgery of burn scar deformity on wound healing and complications. Methods From March 2018 to March 2022, 68 burn patients were selected and divided into a study group （34 cases） and a control group （34 cases）. The study group was treated with skin and soft tissue expansion, while the control group was treated with composite skin grafting. The wound healing time, complications, blood supply recovery time, and wound satisfication of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The wound healing time and blood supply recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group （P<0.05）, and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The satisfaction with the wound in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P <0.05）. Conclusion The application of skin and soft tissue expansion in burn scar deformity plastic surgery can effectively shorten the time of wound healing and blood supply recovery, and improve patients' satisfaction with the wound. It is safe and can be clinically promoted.
