腹腔镜手术对结直肠癌患者免疫功能及手术并发症的影响

Effect of laparoscopic surgery on immune function and surgical complications in patients with colorectal cancer

摘要： 目的 探讨腹腔镜手术在结直肠癌患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年5月—2018年5月我院收治的结直肠癌患者86例,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为2组(各43例)。对照组予以开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者免疫功能及术后并发症发生情况。结果 术后两组各项免疫功能指标水平均呈下降趋势,但观察组变化幅度小于对照组,同时观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05)。结论 腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、风险低、并发症少等优势,可有效减少对结直肠癌患者免疫功能的影响,并较好地改善其身心健康状况。

Abstract: Objective To assess the effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected,and divided into two groups by using random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given open surgery,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.Immune function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the levels of immune function indices of the two groups showed desceasing trends,but the levels of the observation group showed smaller fluctuations than those of control group,and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has advantages such as minimal trauma,low risk,and less complications,effectively reducing the influence on immune function of patients with colorectal cancer and improving their physical and mental health.
