Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy from February 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The cases were divided into observation group (sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia, 43 cases) and control group (propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia, 43 cases) according to anesthesia regimens. The stress response and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results After pneumoperitoneum for 30 min and at the end of surgery, the epinephrine, cortisol, and heartrate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, but the postoperative 1d MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia for patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively relieve surgical stress response, and have less effect on cognitive function.
