Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of phacoemulsification plus goniosynechialysis on acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods From January 2017 to October 2018, 60 cases (60 eyes) of acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected in the study, received phacoemulsification plus goniosynechialysis, and were followed up for half a year to observe treatment effects. Results The corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and anterior chamber depth after treatment were superior to those before treatment (P<0.05).The chamber angle after treatment was wider than before (P<0.05).There was no severe complication. Conclusion Phacoemulsification plus goniosynechialysis is safe and effective in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
