Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive surgery on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and relevant nursing interventions. Methods Fifty hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated from July to December 2018 were selected and assigned to two groups according to different nursing methods, with 25 cases in each group. All the patients received minimally invasive surgery; the subjects in the control group adopted routine nursing measures, and those in the study group adopted high-quality nursing interventions. The therapeutic effect, neurological deficit, and activity of daily living scale scores were compared between the two groups. Results Upon discharge from hospital, the neurological deficit and activity of daily living scale scores between the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05); after 3 months and 6 months of follow-up visits, the neurological deficit scores in the study group were lower than the scores in the control group; the activity of daily living scale scores in the study group were higher than the scores in the control group; the total effective rate in the study group (92.00%) was higher than that in the control group (76.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with minimally invasive surgery, high-quality nursing interventions can efficiently improve their activity of daily living, relieve neurological deficit, and achieve an obvious effect. It is worthy of application.
