Abstract: Objective To continuously improve the rate of defibrillation monitors in good condition, increase the success rate of clinical rescue, and protect people’s lives. Methods Through investigating current situation, setting goals, cause analysis, countermeasure formulation, countermeasure implementation, and effect evaluation, the rate of defibrillation monitors in good condition was detected. Results After two years of continuous improvement, the rate of defibrillation monitors in good condidtion reached 100%. Conclusion Clinical engineers can perfect their work through scientific approaches, and can better summarize their work experience and improve their ability to better serve clinical needs.
