Abstract

Abstract: Portal vein tumor thrombus is a typical clinical manifestation of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）, and it is also the main cause of death. In recent years, the idea and strategy of diagnosis and treatment of HCC complicated with portal vein tumor thrombosis have changed greatly with the successive use of targeted therapy and immunotherapy, such as the classification and staging of portal vein tumor thrombus, the process of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, and the combination of comprehensive treatment.
