创伤性胸骨柄体关节脱位的诊断及治疗

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To survey the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic manubriosternal joint dislocation.Method A retrospective study was made on 4 cases of traumatic manubriosternal joint dislocation hospitalized from Sep 2007 to Aug 2012 in our hospital they were treated with operation and conservative treatment.Result All patients got clinical cure after treatment.The patitents treated with operation recovered more quickly than the one with conservative method.Conclusion Internal fixation is an effective method to cure traumatic manubriosternal joint dislocation.
