Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To observe and evaluate the selective hemorrhoid studs of mucosal resection combined surgery（TST）the clinical curative effect of treating hemorrhoids sickness. Methods 198 patients with Ⅲ∽Ⅳdegree hemorrhoids，were evenly randomized to TST(treatment group)and Milligan-Morgan(M-M) haemorrhoidectomy (control group) respectively．Operation time，blood loss at surgery，post-operative cure rate of prolapse and bleeding were compared．significant postoperative anal pain，incontinence anal stenosis, and length of stay． Results The operating and wound healing times and hospital stays were and respectively in TST group，all significantly shorter than in Milligan—Morgan group(P<0．01)．We observe the treatment effect about the intraoperative stretch reflex feelings and the intraoperative and postoperative haemorrhage, and surgery side effects including anal ache, oedem, uroschesis and postoperative anal function. While there was significant difference in both. Conclusions As compared with the traditional Milligan-Morgan operation．TST is a safe and effective procedure for Ⅲ and IV degree hemorrhoids．The disease recover faster. It has any advantages of simple about operation, short times about operation and hosptial and less complications, so the technique is worth recommending.
