Abstract: To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a case of aortic sinus tumor breaking into the right atrium. Provide comprehensive support and monitoring for patients with cardiac function before operation, and nursing intervention is carried out from the aspects of condition observation, hemodynamic monitoring, infection prevention, nervous system nursing, respiratory system nursing and health guidance after operation. After active treatment and care, the patient recovered successfully one week later.
