Abstract: Objective: To investigate the anterolateral limited incision combined with medial minimally invasive locking plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of 18 cases of Pilon fracture analysis. Methods: 36 cases of patients with Pilon fracture were selected in our hospital from May,2012to May,2015.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group (18 cases) and control group (18 cases). The experimental group was treated with anterolateral limited incision combined with medial minimally invasive locking plate osteosynthesis, while the control group adopted the traditional open surgery. The improvement of the function of ankle joint in two groups after treatment, the postoperative situation and adverse events were analyzed. Results:The experimental group were obvious advantages (P<0.05) in improving the function of ankle joint, fracture healing time and the incidence of adverse events. Conclusion: In summary, anterolateral limited open combined with medial minimally invasive locking plate osteosynthesis can effectively improve the Pilon fracture of ankle joint function and delayed fracture healing time, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, it is worth of clinical application.
