Abstract: Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Mammotome rotatory cutting in treating breast benign tumor. Methods: 63 cases with breast benign tumor in our hospital were selected and divided into control group, observation group A and observation group B, 21 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional surgical treatment. Observation group A was given Mammotome rotatory cutting outpatient treatment. Observation group B was given Mammotome rotatory cutting under treatment in hospital. Compared the blood loss of the operation, operation time, length of incision and variations of complications of the two groups. Results: Blood loss of the operation, operation time, length of incision, incision healing time, hospital stays, surgery costs, hospitalization costs of observation group A and B were obviously better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Hospital stays, surgery costs, hospitalization costs of observation group A were better than group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared the complications of the three groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Mammotome rotatory cutting in treating breast benign tumor can reduce the blood loss of the operation, shorten the operation time and incision healing time, lower the hospitalization costs and complications of the patients.
