Investigate the relevant factors for nosocomial infections in patient with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract: Objective To investigate the influencing factors for nosocomial infections in patient with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and provide evidence for preventing and controlling nosocomial infections. Methods Retrospective analysis the relevant factors of nosocomial infections founded on the clinical data of 621 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage that come from our departments from 2011 to 2015.Results Of 621 patients,81 cases of them occurred nosocomial infections, the rate is 13.04%.The primary sites of infection are the lower respiratory tract and the urinary tract. The age of patient, location of cerebral hemorrhage, disturbance of consciousness, blood sugar levels and invasive procedures is association with the nosocomial infections. Conclusions The rate of nosocomial infections of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is greater higher. We must take targeted measures to prevent and combat nosocomial infections.
