Abstract: 【Abstract】This paper analyzes the intraoperative hemorrhage occurs reason of two cases with gallstone and liver cirrhosis, points out that it is important to pay special attention to the abnormal expansive portal vein branch of gallbladder bed . Sometimes they may protrude from the gallbladder bed, which leads to the occurrence of intraoperative bleeding. At the same time corresponding treatment methods are discussed. In addition, for such patients are prone to the other of intraoperative bleeding is also discussed accordingly.
