Abstract: Objective To realize the reasonable allocation of logistics and capital flow, and strengthen the budget management of material procurement in hospitals through the management and control of departmental material budget. Methods Through Webservice, the established hospital intelligent platform was connected with a material management system to realize data interaction. Alerts were set to control the bugdet of each department. Results Through docking with the hospital intelligent platform, our hospital realized monitoring and managing the use of material budget in all departments, and presenting budget control report forms to hospital managers. Conclusion With the implementation of comprehensive budget management in public hospitals, hospital material budget management has become one of the important links. Only by strictly controlling material budget can we achieve the goal of fine cost management in hospitals.
