老年肺炎并发肺栓塞漏诊1例原因分析及思考

Abstract

Abstract: Pulmonary embolism has a hidden onset, lacks specific symptoms, and is often masked by accompanying diseases, resulting in a generally high rate of missed diagnosis in clinical practice. This paper discussed the clinical data of a missed diagnosis case of elderly pneumonia complicated with pulmonary embolism, and analysed the causes for the missed diagnosis.
