Abstract

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal cancers. The underlying mechanism of PDAC is not completely revealed yet.Notably, expressions of some long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) undergo significant changes in the initiation and progression of cancers.Recent research has demonstrated that lncRNAs have multiple biological functions in cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation.Furthermore, lncRNAs have potential values in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognostic prediction of PDAC.In this review, the molecular mechanism of lncRNAs in PDAC and the potential clinical value were elaborated.
