缩短常规胃镜检查术后开放饮食时间对改善舒适度与安全性的临床研究

Clinical study on improvement of comfort and safety by early diet after routine gastroscopy

摘要: 目的 探讨缩短常规胃镜检查术后开放饮食时间对改善舒适度与安全性的影响。方法 将900例常规胃镜检查患者随机分成实验1,实验2和对照组,每组300例,实验组分别在检查结束60 min与90 min后先饮少量温开水无呛咳后进食,对照组在检查结束2 h后饮少量温开水无呛咳后进食。结果 实验组1进食前的不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,实验组2与对照组进食前不良反应发生率相差较小,但是进食后三组出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛腹胀、呛咳、误吸等不良反应并无明显差异。结论 缩短常规胃镜检查术后开放饮食时间至60 min可以明显提高患者的舒适感和保证患者的安全。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence of early diet after routine gastroscopy on patients’ comfort and safety.Methods A total of 900 patients with routine gastroscopy were randomized into experiment group 1, experiment group 2, and control group, with 300 cases in each group. The two experiment groups who did not cough after drinking a little warm water started diet at 60min (experiment group 1) and 90 min (experiment group 2) later, respectively, while the control group started at 2 h after inspection.Results The experiment group 1 showed a lower incidence rate of adverse reactions before eating than the control group. The experiment group 2 had little difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions compared with the control group. There were no difference in nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, cough, aspiration, and other adverse reactions among the three groups after eating.Conclusion Setting the diet time at 60 min after routine gastroscopy can obviously both improve patients’ comfort and ensure their safety.
