摘要/Abstract

摘要： 尿失禁(urinary incontinence,UI)现日渐成为广大妇女的常见慢性疾病,随着妇女社会地位提高,尿失禁越来越受到关注。根据相关数据统计显示,我国产妇产后尿失禁的发生率为36.4%。妊娠期和产褥期有尿失禁者以后发生尿失禁的危险比正常高4倍。文章就产后尿失禁的发生原因,对产后尿失禁的相关因素进行总结和分析,为日后在产前及产后做好宣教及康复工作起到指导作用,最终对预防产后尿失禁的发生起到关键的作用。

Abstract: Urinary incontinence is a common chronic disease in gynecology and has gained increasing attention with the improvement of women’s social status. According to relevant statistics, the incidence rate of postpartum urinary incontinence is 36.4%. Studies have shown that the risk of urinary incontinence is 4 times higher for those who had urinary incontinene during pregnancy and puerperium than for normal women. In this paper, the causes of postpartum urinary incontinence were reviewed, and the factors of postpartum urinary incontinence were summarized and analyzed, aiming to guide future prenatal and postnatal education and rehabilitation and to consequently prevent postpartum urinary incontinence.
