Efficacy and safety of electronic flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney stones

摘要： 目的 探讨电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石在肾结石治疗中的有效性和安全性。方法 将本院2016年1月—2019年6月收治的170例肾结石患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各85例,对照组患者接受经皮肾镜碎石术,研究组患者接受电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,比较两组治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组手术时间、术中出血量、下床时间、住院时间、术后3个月结石清除率、并发症发生率、1年复发率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 电子输尿管镜钬激光碎石术具有手术时间短、出血少、并发症少、术后恢复快、复发率低疗效显著等优点,在肾结石治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of electronic flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods From January 2016 to June 2019, a total of 170 cases of kidney stones were randomly divided into a control group and a research group, with 85 cases in each group. The control group received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, while the research group received electronic flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy. Comparisons were made in the curative effect between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, time of off-bed, hospital stay, stone clearance rate 3 months after operation, complication rate, and one-year recurrence rate in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Electronic flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy has the advantages of short operation time, less bleeding, fewer complications, quick recovery, low recurrence rate, and significant curative effect, which make it of a high application value in the treatment of kidney stones.
