摘要: 高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(Hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis,HLAP)已经成为国内外学者的研究热点,尤其对于其发病机制的研究也越来越多。其中微循环障碍与HLAP的发生之间存在着密切关联。高脂血症能够改变血液动力学、损伤内皮细胞、引起缺血再灌注损伤;此外,多种炎症介质的释放也不同程度地加重胰腺炎的发展。

Abstract: The research of Hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HLAP) has attracted wide attention around the world, especially the pathogenic mechanism. And the microcirculatory disturbance is closely associated with the result of HLAP. Hypertriglyceridemia can change hemodynamics, damage endothelial cells and result in ischaemia-reperfusion injury. Furthermore, inflammatory mediator release plays a key role in the exacerbation of pancreatitis.
