荧光显像技术在泌尿外科的应用

摘要： 荧光引导手术（fluorescence-guided surgery, FGS）这一技术因其分辨率高、安全性好、可操作性强等优势,正被逐步应用于临床实践,尤其在泌尿外科领域。本文旨在阐述荧光显像技术的基本原理与发展历程,并讨论荧光示踪剂在泌尿外科领域应用的现状与发展前景。大力发展荧光引导手术的新兴技术,将有效提高外科手术切除病灶的准确性,同时减少术后不良反应,这一举措有利于促进精准医疗目标的实现。

Abstract: Fluorescence-guided surgery （FGS） is a technique that is applied in clinical practice progressively, especially in the field of urology, due to the advantages of high resolution, safety, and operability. The review is aimed at explaining the basic principles and development history of FGS, and discussing current status and prospects of fluorescent tracers in urology. The emerging technology of FGS can help effectively improve the accuracy of surgical resection of lesions while reduce postoperative adverse effects, contributing to achieving the goal of precision medicine.
