Two cases of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans treated with surgical resection and autologous skin grafting

Abstract: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a low-grade malignant fibrous tissue neoplasm with a low incidence,and primarily affects middle-aged men.Histopathological examinations are required to confirm diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.The first choice for treatment is surgical resection,but the disease is subject to relapse.This article reported two female dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans patients with no recurrence after extended surgical resection.
