Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of injury control surgical technique to severe abdominal trauma emergency rescue. Methods A total of 98 patients with severe abdominal trauma admitted from March 2014 to November 2016 were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional emergency rescue technique, and the observation group received injury control surgical technique.APACHE II scores, body temperature, oxygen saturation, pH,successful rescue rate, and complications were recorded and compared before and after recovery between the two groups. Results The successful rescue rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (95.92% vs 83.67%, P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (12.24% vs.28.57%, P<0.05).Before recovery, no differences in APACHE II score, oxygen saturation, pH, and body temperature were observed between the two groups. After recovery, body temperature, oxygen saturation, pH, and APACHE II score of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Injury control surgical technique for severe abdominal trauma emergency rescue has a better effect with less complications. Thus, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
