Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after acute abdominal surgery. Methods Eighty-two patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery, while the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive therapy. The clinical effects and clinical indicators (anal exhaust time, abdominal distension disappearance time, and bowel sounds recovery time) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the procalcitonin(PCT) and c-reactive protein(CRP) levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the anal exhaust time, abdominal distension disappearance time, and bowel sounds recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); in addition, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional operation, comprehensive therapy can improve the treatment efficiency, clinical symptoms and immune function of patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction, which deserves clinical promotion.
