Abstract: Objective To explore the improvement measures of joint supervision by multiple sectors for reducing the incidence of rust of apparatus after disinfection by automatic washing machines.Method Multiple sectors worked together to obtain Pareto diagram of rust locations through statistics,and found out the key links and key factors that affected the rust after disinfection by automatic washing machines.Countermeasures were made and implemented according to the main causes of rust,and then the indicators before and after the implementation were evaluated.Results Six improvement measures were formulated and implemented.After improvement,the rust incidence of medical instrument after disinfection by automatic washing machines was reduced from 34.7% to 12.9%.The target achievement rate was 110.66%,and the improvement rate was 62.82%,confirming that the improvement work was effective.Conclusion Multi-sector joint supervision allows a more detailed cause analysis,more feasible improvement measures,and a more notable result.
