Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of clinical confidence nursing on surgical cooperation and preoperative status of patients with elective uterine myoma. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, a total of 100 patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing schemes: a reference group and a study group, with 50 patients in each group. All the subjects were treated with routine nursing, and the study group was additionally given clinical confidence nursing. The operative cooperation and preoperative status of the two groups were compared. Results The systolic blood pressure, heart rate, fasting blood glucose, and score of adverse emotion in the study group were lower than those in the control group before operation (P<0.05), and the degrees of surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical confidence nursing can regulate the tension of patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery, so as to ensure that the patients can actively cope with the operation, improve surgical cooperation, and reduce stress response to the operation.
