Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of one-stop nursing service on outpatient pregnant women. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women admitted from February to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group received traditional nursing service, and the observation group received one-stop nursing service. Comparisons in registration time, waiting time, and nursing satisfaction were made between the two groups. Results The control group showed longer registration time and waiting time than the observation group did (P<0.05), higher incidence rates of complaints and doctor-patient conflicts (P<0.05), and a lower nursing satisfaction score. Conclusion The implementation of one-stop nursing service for outpatient pregnant women can significantly improve nursing effect and patient’s satisfaction, and deserves clinical promotion.
