Abstract: This paper focused on the application and development trend of the Internet of Things technology in intelligent medical system. It started with an overview of the Internet of Things technology from the aspects of perception, data transmission, and blockchain, and then analyed its real-world applications in hospital multidisciplinary collaboration and home service tracking, demonstrating the role of intelligent medical system in optimizing traditional medical services and building new all-field medical service management. Finally, some suggestions on the future development trend were put forward.
