Abstract

Abstract: Based on the analysis on a rank 3 class D medical malpractice case caused by “breast cancer”pathological misdiagnosis,to clarify the importance of standardization management of pathology department,implement quality control requirements,improve the level of the pathological diagnosis,strengthen communication with clinicians,so medical quality and safety can be ensured,medical accident can be prevented.
