Abstract: The incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases is stiy high in current society.Both high morbidity and mortality have become an important role in negatively impacting the quality of life in humans.How to prevent and treat ischemic cerebrovascular diseases is an important medical and social problam.Some key points will be discussed here with special regard to the application of extra-intracranial vascular reconstruction on the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
