Abstract: [Abstract] Objective: To explore the analysis of alprostadil combined with intracavitary therapy for the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans of efficacy and safety. Methods: our hospital in February 2012 - 2016 January 60 patients after lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion disease patients with lower extremity artery balloon dilatation and stent placed in operation, were randomly divided into two groups, than group carries on the conventional treatment, the observation group use of alprostadil, the change degree of the treatment were compared between the two groups before and after vascular ultrasound. Analysis therapeutic effects in the two groups. Results: after the treatment to observe group of foot dorsal artery blood flow velocity and ankle brachial index (ABI) to improve the situation was obviously better than that of the reference group, P < 0.05; observation group The total efficiency of the treatment is higher than that of the reference than the group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: alprostadil can significantly expand the patient's arterial stenosis in patients with, the establishment of collateral circulation process for the promotion and protection of, to improved blood circulation, relieve the clinical symptoms.
