Abstract: Objective solving the operating room centralized control of medical devices. Methods research using SCM as the MCU, CPLD chip as an extension, communication between the CAN bus protocol via the control panel, designed a device compatible with domestic operating room centralized control system Diversity, conducted by Modelsim 4x4 matrix keyboard focus timing simulation simulation control buttons. Results research on integrated CAN controller PIC18F45K80 microcontroller, high-speed isolated CAN bus transceiver CTM8251AT, and CPLD chip EPM1270T144C5 hardware architecture to achieve the key control device and display update signal to the program as a blueprint to build an integrated operating room equipment control system, compatible and centralized control of operating room equipment diversity. Conclusion centralized control system operating room equipment diversity can be -CPLD-CAN microcontroller architecture scheme, centralized management and control of domestic integrated operating room.
