体外循环术后患者早期低钾血症的处理及护理体会

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rapid correction of postoperative early hypokalemia after extracorporeal circulation in heart disease using concentrated intravenous potassium infusions．Methods 63 patients with hypokalemia after extracorporeal circulation surgery were treated by potassium chloride infusions via central vein. Plasma potassium concentration,arterial blood gas analysis(ABG)and electrocardiographic were taken during therapy， Results No patient was died from hypokalemia. Conclusions It can rapidly and and safely correct hypokalemia in postoperative early hypokalemia after extracorporeal circulation using concentrated intravenous potassium infusions．
