Abstract: This paper introduced the process and key components of project management, providing commonly used tools for practical implementation across seven aspects including objective definition, task decomposition, and responsibility allocation. Using the hospital crane tower tendering process as a concrete example, it elaborated on the comprehensive application of project management theory and tools throughout the entire workflow, from objective setting to overall management. Integrating project management theory and tools into hospital tendering processes significantly enhances procedural standardization, efficiency, and success rates, effectively mitigates risks, and ensures alignment between medical equipment procurement and the hospital’s strategic objectives.
