Progress in the study of pulmonary rehabilitation after resection of lung cancer

Abstract: Background: with the development of human life style, urbanization, industrialization, lung cancer has become the first high incidence of cancer. For the treatment of lung cancer, the current domestic and international is still to surgical resection as a first-line treatment. Progression of lung cancer surgery, from the initial open chest surgery to minimally invasive video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) development; resection range from whole lung lobe resection changes to lobectomy, pulmonary segmental resection, wedge resection of a variety of ways. In recent years, with the treatment of pulmonary rehabilitation exercise, more and more comprehensive treatment can be used to promote the rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer surgery. Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the recovery of pulmonary function in patients with lung cancer and the intervention measures. Content: This paper reviews the factors that affect lung function recovery after surgery for lung cancer patients and the medical intervention to protect the pulmonary function after operation. Trend: there are many factors that affect the level of postoperative pulmonary function recovery, preoperative evaluation of pulmonary function, intraoperative use of low invasive surgery, postoperative active rehabilitation treatment, can give patients in the postoperative recovery of pulmonary function to play an effective support.
