干细胞心肌再生的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 干细胞参与心肌再生这一领域目前主要仍处于基础研究阶段，但也有一些临床应用研究的报道。本文回顾了近几年干细胞参与心肌的基础和临床研究成果，并分析了研究较多的几种干细胞，比较总结了目前研究者对干细胞在心肌再生过程所起到的作用，以及将来潜在的研究趋势和前景。

关键词: 干细胞, 心肌再生, 临床试验, 应用

Abstract: Research on stem cell and myocardial regeneration is still in its primary stage, with sporadic clinical reports in recent years. In this paper, we reviewed the researches in field of stem cell and myocardial regeneration, analyze the function of stem cells in this process, and summerize and envision the future of stem cells application during myocardial regeneration.
