Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of digital technology on implant restoration and implant root offset in the anterior dental area of the mouth. Methods From January 2020 to January 2023, 100 patients who underwent dental implant restoration in the upper anterior teeth area were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment methods used in the control group and the observation group were traditional implant restoration and digital implant restoration, respectively. The total clinical efficacy and implant offset of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The root offset, angle offset, depth offset, and head offset of the observation group were all smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of digital technology in dental implant restoration in the upper anterior teeth area has a significant effect. It can not only effectively improve the treatment effect, but also reduce the deviation of the implant, which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
